I want my rights as a child , my full rights, I want to be able to do what I want without the permission of my parents. How long , And how can I do this.

Depends upon where you are. Basically you have NO rights "as a child." You DO have rights as an adult OR emancipated minor.

Basically you need to be self supporting with your own place to live (not with others) and your education (usually high school) needs to be completed. You then apply to the Court to be emancipated and you can do what you want, when you want, and your parents have no responsibility or liability for you.

After you turn 18 and your out of the home can you gain those rights.

As a child you have very few rights since you are the responsibility of your parents. You gain rights only when you reach adulthood.

If you wish to be emancipated, you will basically have to have a job that will pay all the bills to live on your own. You will have to have enough money in the bank to move out and hire an attorney. Then you will have to have a reason to be separate, just not happy wlll not work
