    My felony is a little over two years old. I am attempting emergency custody of a 9 month old who was found with her father while he was in violation of probation. And in possession of heroin and syringes. The child's mother was well aware of the fathers addiction and enabling him. I do have a past drug abuse history. I have 27 months sober completed a in house treatment and am in the last phase of drug court. What arey chances?

    Yes I will agree, first you will have to get judge to take custody away from their parents, at that point, it will be uphill to prove you would be fit and the best choice
