How much is too much Magnesium during pregnancy?
I am 11 weeks pregnant. My gynecologist has prescribed me Olimag - a dietary supplement of magnesium, vitamin B6 and Iodine - to take throughout my pregnancy. I have to take 4 sachets (300mg Magnesium, 225 mcg Iodine and 3mg Vitamin B6 per sachet) a day - to relax my uterus. I'm worried that I'm taking too much - I have had diarrhea for the last two days and I'm sure it's because of the Olimag. A second opinion would be much appreciated. Many thanks!
