I don't know where you are. Where is Worthing?

If you have done everything the Court ordered you to do and the Court refuses to return them to you they HAVE to give you a reason? Do you have to follow certain rules for a certain additional period? Have you failed the parenting assessments?

    Why were they taken?

The only person who can help you is an attorney if you have done all you were asked to do, are in total compliance, and the children are not being returned.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

For us to help you, you need to provide details. We need to know why your children were taken. What conditions were given for their return and what you have done to meet those conditions.

But, if social services took your children,t hey generally had to have a good reason. If they are allowing your children to be adopted, the reasons have to be very strong. So the likelihood is you need an attorney to help.

Basically me and my first child was taken to a emergencie placement which they said would be for just the weekend which turned out to be more than a weekend because no one woul help me with suitable accomdation.. Then he was taken into a baby only placement I did all parenting assesmnts and then fell pregnant again with my second child believing that social services would give me a chance and basically they took her as well... I have a attorney but she doesn't help much at all...

Then you have to find out what the guidelines are, what you are expected to do, before the children will be returned.

First, please don't use the Comments feature for follow-up questions or info. Use the Answer options below. There is no need to respond to each poster.

Second, if I'm following you, you had no place to live so were taken and placed in an emergency shelter. It was determined that you could not care for the child so it was placed in foster care. Then you go and get yourself pregnant AGAIN when you couldn't even support your one child. And you wonder why they took the second child away?

Again, you need to provide more details for us to understand. You hardly answered the questions I asked.

I just read the heading which says "... against my children's ADOPTION." I answered the body of the question which was about child care.

I think OP has legally lost all rights to the children.

I'm not sure if that has happened yet. Clearly her children are in the foster system. It would appear that the social services agency may be considering putting them out for adoption, but I don't believe that has happened yet.

Unless OP comes back we'll never know.
