    1992 Honda Prelude , fuel pump doesn't kick on when I try to start
    I have a 1992 Honda Prelude. When I turn on ignition, fuel pump does not turn on, so car does not start. Also, the digital gas and temp lights don't come on, but other dash lights do. Has new fuel pump, also just replacedmain relay. Also electrical windows don't work. All fuses are good. Speed and tach gauges don't work. Have in past but suddenly stopped.
