Think I`m psycho, if you must, but I have always had encounters with ghosts since I was a baby. We had an old friend round when we first boght the house and she said she felt an old lady here but since then I`ve felt a slight unease about here. It`s as though someone "watches" and things keep being replaced. Cold energy too. My old house was really haunted, with smokers, perfumed lady, man watching me in my crib, boy on the drive, horses in the field and other things... but this is mysterious, it isn`t obvious. I think I`m insane!

There are benign spirits. Spirits who really don't want confrontation, are earth bound because they just 'missed the boat' so to speak. They think they are still part of the living, so go through day to day activities and if we are astute can notice them in passing and not become alarmed because they really don't do anything to alarm us actually.

I am not doubting you see spirits, but it all depends if you find them as a source of fright.

Haunting is a reletative term. Not all spirits are here to frighten us. Most people just react that way because of scary movies.
