    Shorkie won't eat from bowl
My Shorkie (Schitzu/Yorkshire Terrier) is 9 months old. For the past few weeks he will not eat out of his bowl. Tried different foods... he will eat out of your hand, off the floor, off a paper towl.

Something about that bowl has freightened him. You will need to retrain him to be accepting of the bowl. Fry up some bacon really crisp and well drained. Put most of it in the bowl and set it down on the floor. He may not eat from it but his nose will get the best of him and he will likely try to smell what's in the bowl. Each time he approaches the bowl or touches it reward him with praise and a bit of bacon from the bowl
