    I have a spent minor conviction from 3years ago will I require a visa to enter usa
    I have a spent conviction for a minor offence that was 3years ago, will I require a visa to enter the united states for a weeks holiday?

    Hi I am from the united kingdom I received a conditional discharge for 12 mth in 2008 for shop theft I have no other convictions to date I am 38 yrs old
