Can I be her legal gardian? She is my world!
Hi, I am turning 20 in a few days. My real mom ans step dad had a kid together and I love her to bits... she is like my own child. My parents are splitting up and my step dad's brother is saying that this will not go down with a fight. He wants to fight for her to stay with him and her dad, but she does not want to stay with them. Our mom lives in a diff provence and he said the court will not let her live with me. I actually know a few things but I want to know if I can fight for her? What must I do? How can I make sure that I win? It breaks my heart to see her this way but she has alredy told our parents that she wants to stay with me... I really need help with this one. She is my life! I know that I can get given legal sighning power and gardian ship by my parent, but I know her dad won't give that to me. I don't want to lose her at all... please help!!

    p.s I am from S.A
