    Plumbing
Just installed a Taymor bath and shower faucet.
The handle turns 90 degrees anticlockwise from bottom and when at right it should be hot. However it gets colder turning right.
The trouble shooting page shows a diagram and turning it right shows hotter but label is opposite.
    The manufacturer cannot solve it.
Water lines are correct, valve can only be installed one way.
    Can anybody help?
    Thanks.

    Hi PD...

Take the mixing cartridge/stem assembly out and rotate it 180 degrees and reinstall it... see if that fixes this for you.

With any luck, it's that easy... maybe... ;)

Let me know how you make out, OK?

The mixing cartridge cannot be rotated. It has two round protrusions on the top that fit into holes in the housing.
