We have standing water in our sewer vents level with the roof line. We are not having issues with drainage, however the tub and toilet will gurgle when I wash a load of clothes and it drains. Should these lines be clear or is it normal to have water in them.

I am selling my home and the buyers had the sewer line scoped. The line was replaced approximately 5 to 7 years ago.
