    Could I be pregnant
    Am having sharp pains in my uterus and am on the depo provera. Started spotting clots, could I be pregnant.

    I have to sympathise with you because what you are going through does not sound pleasant. Different women react differently to depo so I would strongly suggest getting yourself to your doctor as soon as you can. In the meantime you could take a pregnancy test.
