Suing phone provider in BC, Canada
    Hi,

I'd like to sue my phone provider (Telus) for a case of fraud that they're trying to pull on me and I'm interested in doing it on my own. How can I go about this without having to resort to lawyers?

Short story is that, they're charging me an amount on top of the agreement that I've signed for no reason.

    Thanks.

I use the Telus network and I have never ever had any problem with them. What you describe must be a misunderstanding. You don't give us much background to go on. Anyway, sueing an organization like Telus without a lawyer is almost laughable, especially for the reason you state. I hope you have vast resources of money to back you up. I don't think this falls into the category of 'fraud'.
