    What if your USB does not want to open in the E Drive of your computer?
    My USB does not read from the E drive?

    May well be mapped to a different letter.
    Check in Computer Management > Disc manager

    Be more specific about your problem. The way you describe it, it makes no sense. A USB external drive plugs into a USBe connector but has nothing to do with the E drive unless that's the drive letter it gets when plugged in. Try a different plug, some front case plugs are not 2.0 compliant so use a back of the PC plug to get the best results.
