I think its called lucid dreaming?
I just woke up from a 40 minute sleep, but while I was sleeping I was actually able to do anything I wanted movement wise, it still stayed pitch black in the dream. I was only aloud to grunt or laugh. The really weird part is that I knew I was dreaming during the dream. Like in the dream I actually tried waking myself up multiple times by jumping down my stairs. Any answers? I do/ have done drugs before.

Might be you are not used to them. I use a program on my iPod to do binaural beats (haven't gotten lucid yet with it, I will keep trying though with other methods). I know you aren't looking for a solution to it but try turning the volume way down like where it is barely noticeable. Are you dreaming?

Intense, vivid, lucid dreams since moving to new home [ 5 Answers ]

I have heard that we always dream, whether you remember them or not. For the past 5-10 years, I have not remembered many of my dreams and if I did, they were few and far between. However, since I had moved into my new home about 5 days ago, each night I have had very vivid, lucid, and intense...
