Brown discharge

I was taking the nordette pill and I had my period between 03 March to 06 March and I went to the clinic and my pill was changed to Hy-An as the nordette was too strong as I suffer with high blood pressure, today I just started having a brown discharge, what could be the problem, should I be worried?
