Start walking, start an exercise program. Go out with your friends. Take a class in something you are interested in, dance, painting, economics. Anything to get you into a hobby and to meet new people. Some people go to church. Exercise is the number one thing to do to help you. Two benefits, looking and feeling better. Get to know yourself and learn to like you better. Take a yoga class. Do things and do not feel sorry for yourself. Go forward. Life is a journey, there are hills and curves and mountains to climb. Do not get caught in one of the curves. Go forward and see what the future holds. There is always a future, and that future is for us to create. Do not, by any means think because this person is not in you life anymore that you do not have a life. You had one prior to that person and you will have one again. Good luck.
