    Kids Movie
    I am trying to find a kids movie about a tugboat that is trying to save a harbor from a storm. It has a train, dog, cat.

    There's a movie called 'The New Adventures of Little Toot' - there's dogs, cats, a dolphin, a tugboat (of course), a pelican, and other animals in it - I'm not sure if there is an issue with saving the harbor in this movie - but maybe this is it?.
