    Aslaam o aleikum
    I marriage with taha on telephone he was in USA and I was in Pakistan.taha is bilal in usa.
    Bilal was already married with other lady that's why he can't show me as a wife in USA. Now he is divorcing other lady and wants to merry with me in USA. If he will not marry with me I can't get the green card.in USA I am taha's wife mean's his real named wife.lawyer says that I can't merry with him without divorce with taha. But in sharia I can't do this.lawyer says that we need only paper that showed that I am divorced don't go pakistani court any body can make this paper. Please help me
