Is this the cause of my migrain?
Yesterday I got a horrible migrain. It was so bad I had to leave work! :(

The only thing I can think of that was different, was normally I take my meds, which consist of bayer AM (low dose of asprin with high dose of caffine) a multivitamin, vitamin be super complex (a large amount of all be vitamins) and an extra vitamin b 100 complex (extra dose of the most important bvits)

Well yesterday, I forgot to take my meds, and it was about 4 hours after I normally take them that the migrain started. And it didn't stop. All day! I woke up feeling horrible with the migrain still there. I took my meds this time and the migrain was gone around lunch time.

Is the absence of my meds the cause for this?

Maybe. I'm used to one cup of coffee or tea every morning. If I don't have it, I usually end up with a migraine. But I know I have other triggers too, like if I don't get enough sleep, if I don't eat enough, or if I get really stressed I get migraines too. So maybe it was from missing the caffeine you're used to

Oooh I didn't even think of the caffine! I was thinking more about the bvitamins but your right, caffeine withdrawals do cause migrains. Thanks hon *hugs*

Hm. I don't know enough about b-vitamins. Maybe it was from missing both even.
