Want Your Thoughts On This Painting
Hi I have this well done watercolor painting of a clown. It is framed under glass. Has been matted and has brown paper backing. I see no signature, but the matting does cover where a signature could be. I am just looking for opinions on this piece. It just does not seem to be one of those horrible paintings of clowns. But would like thoughts on the piece
