Is there a contract that can be drawn up simutaneoulsy with a bank loan for cosigner.
I am needing a loan from a bank. And my parents aren't willing to co-sign unless there is a contract or some sort of "pardon" or no repricussion on them if I default on the loan. Is anyone aware of such contract? Can a lawyer draw me up a contract stating that, that will pardon them of repaying the loan?

Yes, in a perfect world there would be such a contract where the co signor was not responsible. Unfortunately, there is isn't any way you can get a loan if you are 'not worthy' or your credit is not good enough to grant a loan without a cosignor.

Do you understand what a co-signer is? A lender asks for a co-signer to guarantee the loan if the borrower defaults. They ask for a co-signer when the borrower is a credit risk. So if the co-signers would be relieved of responsibility if the borrower defaults then why bother having them co-sign?

A co-signer who wouldn't be responsible for the loan is an oxymoron.

Are you purchasing real estate? If so, the real estate is collateral and generally means a lower risk to the lender.

Ok, I have stopped laughing, really I have. Do you know or have any idea what a co-signer is?

They are signing to promise to pay if you don't, that is why they have them sign, a contract not to hold them liable would be basisly them not signing, so they just don't sign and they don't have to pay, if they sign, they have to pay.
