    Salary wage
    For my salary job should my weekly pay be based on 52 weeks or 49 weeks because of my 3 weeks if holidays?

    You are paid a salary, it is one figure for the entire year.
    If you are paid weekly they divide the salary up by 52.
    26 if paid bi-weekly

    The pay you get while on holiday is part of your salary
