    4 days late
    I have a loop since feb 2009, last months my period was 4 days late.. today I felt a cramp and back pain for few seconds my breasts hurt all day.. and I have been eating a lot the past two days help.

    What is your question? And what is a loop in regard to your cycle?

    If you're in pain you can try something like advil, midol, tylenol, etc.
