    Would I look good with Black hair abd dark neon blue low lights?
    I have lighter brown hair with dark brown eyes. I have a chubby face, its circle shaped.I have it cut about an inch past my shoulders, and its really wavy. I'm 14 and want to try something new. I've never died my hair before.

    Would you look good with black hair or even darker hair? Possibly. If you really want to a noticeable change, I'd start with a semi permanent dye something a few shades darker than what you have now. If you like it, then you can try something permanent and maybe even darker next time. If you don't, it'll most likely fade rather quickly and you won't have to waste a bunch of money in the salon getting it fixed.

    Would you look good with neon blue highlights in any hair shade? Probably not. Few people can pull of neon blue hair any day other than Halloween...
