    Why do I feel small twiches in my lower abdomen at odd times?
    Sometimes I feel odd twitches near the right of my abdoment when I'm sitting concentrating on work or at home, I know it's not my period flowing. What's wrong with me?

    You could have a pulled muscle. That's what I would bet on.

    It could be gas.
