    Foreigner with bank account in the US
    I am a Brazilian national, living abroad. I have a bank account with my american daughter. This account received $19,00 interest in 2010. What is my status regarding income tax in the US. Do I need to fill out any form, or pay taxes on the interest received?

    For only $19, there is NO requirement for you or your daughter to file a U.S. tax return.
