    I'm taking lexapro10mg a day; wanting to know if its safe if I want to fall pregnant.

    Of course since this has to be ordered by your doctor, speaking to him is what you need to do.

    Except that it lowers your sex drive, I can't see any effect on pregnancy

    You need to contact your doctor regarding this medication. It may be that the benefits outweigh the risks, but only your doctor can advise you properly.

    tell your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding. If you become pregnant while taking escitalopram, call your doctor.
