Blinking yellow light on tosiba 37HL17
When I turn on the TV the yellow light in the front continuously blinks and the TV doesn't come on. It will eventually come on if I repeatedly unplug the unit from the wall and replug it in. Sometimes it takes up to 20 times before the unit will show a picture.

I have a Dell Dimension E510. The power button is blinking yellow. I was told the mother board was bad. I order one and replaced it. The button is still blinking yellow and the computer will not turn on. What is going on with my computer? John
