    What Community Correction Programs were unsuccessful or successful in Arizona?

    And what do you define successful as ?
    Does it have to be state programs, or local programs

    Any programs in the state of Arizona. Could be local or state programs. Leaning towards a successful program like halway houses,alcohol, drug treatment programs, community correction programs... ex. Electronic monotoriing. Hope this helps! I've been trying to find a successful program but I can't!
