This sounds like you've got two separate problems: first, if that 30 Amp circuit breaker is getting hot simply be plugging it in, there is a short circuit somewhere in the seat control (powerseats NOT working). Secondly, the seat heaters are on a separate circuit and if both aren't working, something common is taking them out (Circuit breaker gets extremely hot).
These will need different path's of diagnosis since they are different circuits.

Thanks for your quick response... I really do not know much of auto schematics... A buddy of mines is going to give me a hand.. he's pretty good at schems... sounds like we're going to have to take the seat apart and check the wiring diagram. CaptainRich do you think that the control module is bad and causing the circuit breaker to overheat or there is pretty much a short somewhere... I seen the prices on those modules and it looks like I would need to work some overtime to purchase it.Do you have any other suggestions before I end up taking the whole truck apart.. maybe something that I can do at home.. Thanks again CaptainRich

I would recommend double checking all the different seat switches and settings, taking careful note as to which feature is functioning and which isn't. Take a good look at any wiring harnesses under the seat(s) to make certain that it isn't something simple causing some of your problems. For seat movement, pay close attention to any Orange wire.
When you get ready, let me know and I will try pin-pointing some schematics.

Check the square fuses in the engine behind the battery on the top row.the ones you can see through the top. It's a 50 amp red.
