    Spots after sunbed
Hi, I recently started on sunbed, but I find the day after I get 1-2 spots on my nose and 1 in my ear (and I promise its not chocolate!) should I be worried and stop the sunbed? I also read a doctors report on sunbeds. He stated the benefits of vitamin d & calcium are to be added to the benefits of sunbed for the bones & teeth, is this true? I would like to think its not all just for the feel good factor.
