Practice, practice, practice. Then go on lots of auditions.

Study, work, practice, study, work, practice, and study. Then study some more. Then study some more.
NONE of the famous people you see did it just by going online and saying 'hey, how can I be famous.'
They had all the internal drive and ambition they needed without asking anyone.

Write the best lyrics you can, after studying all your favorite singers. Work on them for weeks. Work on the tune to go with them at the same time. Spend even more weeks.
Get someone to do a good quality video of you and put it on YouTube.
Make sure it's GOOD camera, not fuzzy or shaky or dark, and make sure it's only about 3 minutes.
People won't watch more than that. There are millions of other people competing with you.
If you don't get many viewers, then you aren't good enough, so you go back to the beginning.

Enter local contests.
Sign up for every school play, talent show, and contest.
Have a neighborhood talent show with friends.

Oh, and get good grades too. You need that ticket even in show biz. And show biz is short as looks fade and tastes change, so you need something to do after you stop being famous.
