Have an older airguide marine (I think) dash mount compass. Lighted. Black textured (matt) aluminum finish about 3" in dis and about 4" tall. Two thumb screws hole the dash mount bracket, and at 90 degrees to the two thumb screws are two sets of screws, on set holding the upper mounting colar to the lower (lighted) 1/2 of the unit. The other set of screws (larger the lower ones) are closer to the glass/plastic top.

Anyone know the history? Year? Model number etc?
