    Was it ever confirmed that you were actually pregnant?

    If so, you definitely need to be checked out by your doctor. Always better safe than sorry

    How severe was this cramping? And what makes you think it could have been a miscarriage and not just your period?

    If you're concerned something is wrong, it's always better to see a doctor sooner rather than later.
