INTEREST RATE AND RATIO in Partnership Accounting
I am having a terrible time on how to take the interest rate of 15% allowed on the original investments of 2 partners and the remainder divided in the ratio of 2:3.
The Original Investment was 240,000 and 80,000. Then how am I suppose to divided in the ratio of the original capital investment. I have been working and reading on the problem for several days. Hope you could help me please.
Thanks God Bless and have a great day
