Nearly no cold water pressure in bathtub faucet
Hi, we replaced our bathtub faucets and now we do not have much pressure/water from the cold. We had a moen (one handle type) and replaced it with a similar one. We have lots of hot, just no cold. Any suggestions?

Hi Bmclean... Remove the cartridge and pulse the water on/off at the shutoffs to see if anything is lodged in the valve body. While the cartrdige is out, inspect that for any blockages... most likely something is clogging up. Let me know how you do... Mark |

We have a guest bathroom (used rarely), and the cold water pressure in the bath/shower is almost non-existant. The sink next to it and the toilet seem to have no problems. I read in other threads that flushing it will likely work, but I don't know how to do that. The house was built in 1983. ...
Can you please tell me if I need to have the faucet replaced or is there some type of adjustment that can be made to fix my problem. I have no problem with hot water it comes out full force.
