Ok, So there is this film I saw in 2009 I think on a "Korean air" Plane And I really enjoyed it but never found out the name of the moive. I was just wondering if anyone could help me.

Discription of Movie
What I remember of the film is that there is a man around 20 years old which I believe has a mental illness or down syndrome anyway he works in a caravan bugger shop next to a school which his younger sister go's to. Brother their parents were killed somehow and the sister doesn't get on with her brother because he is slow. The brother also really likes this girl which he has known since he was around 7 or younger and has a fond memory of her playing a song on the piano, I think it was "twinkle twinkle little star" anyway they meet up one day and talk about the past and the movie progresses slowly. Then I can't remember what happens between them. At the same time another friend of the "Slow" brother is trying to get his girlfriend out of being either a stripper or a prostitute from her Pimp. The pimp and the man fight he gets glassed in the hand and bandages it up but is able to get his girlfriend out of what she was doing. On the same day the brother Burns his had on the stove and the burger shop. So now the man and the brother have bandaged hands. There is a hit placed on the man who had fought the pimp and the hit-men are told it is a man with a bandaged hand blah blah. As the brother is walking home he is stabbed by the hit-man who mistake him for the other man. They run off while the brother walks down the street where his love interest lives. Because the lady started playing piano after meet again with the brother she doesn't hear him yelling her name out side her apartment and he dies in the snow looking up into the nigh sky as his childhood memories of the piano are coming back to him.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dose anyone know what this movie is called.
