    How can I get my money back?
    "A man scammed me on the internet then stopped payment on a $ 400 refund check to me. This was done in Florida. I am in Wisconsin. How can i get my money back? "

    Report him to the Florida authorities for giving you a bad check.

    Or sue him in Wisconsin small claims court. The biggest problem will be collecting.
