    Dual retired military divorce?
How does it work when to retired dual military divorces? We had a daughter in 1991. We got married in 1993. Had a son in 1994. Bought a house in Maryland in 1996. Separated in 2002. I started paying child support. She retired in 2004 had no where to go, so I let her move back in. Took her name off the house in 2005, said she did not want any part of the house. She moved to FL in 2006 I started paying child support again. She went to college through Va received a BA and now working in the medical field. I retire in 2011 or early 2012. How do you think this will turn out according to the law? What steps should I take ?
