    My Ex Said she was moving to Illinois, To take a Job at her dads Bar.
    My ex called me and told me that she need to move to her dads so she can take a job as a bartender at his bar. She also said that it was because she needed to get away from all the parting she does. If she Leave's Our children with me(the father) Would I be able to file for abandonment?

    No abandonment is not an issue here. But you would and should file for a change in custody.
