    Light effect (blue LED) will not turn off and stay off
    SAMSUNG TV LN-T3253H -- the light blue LED on the front of the TV will not turn off.. I turn it off, but when I turn the TV back on, the blue LED light effect comes back on. I have to turn it off every time. How do I make it stay off?

    Maybe it's a standby light.
