Taxes for the 3 past years?
We recently got a 1099 for 2008. Haven't filed 2009 taxes yet since I was self employed (1099) and have 2010 forms ready (w-2).
My question is can I just file 2008 and 2010 pay whatever my refund doesn't cover to pay 2008. Then in a couple weeks file and pay 2009? Or just do them all together.
Very confused... I have put off doing taxes as I know I will need to pay.
Also as the tax preparers charge per year I will need to pay quite a bit to get them done.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Of course you need to file, even if you can't pay at this time. And then arrange payments
