After a debt has been paid/settled. How long does the garnishment continue, and are you entitled to receive the money back after the debt has been paid?

Send it to them in a letter, certified mail with return receipt, if they DON'T respond, go to the court the order the garnishment, and file Motion to show cause why they failed to notify that the garnishment have been satisfy and discharged.

Request in your motion is they fail to respond the legal amount of interest for yor state to be added.
