    When can a judge order a PERSON NOT ON PROBATION TO TAKE A UA?
    I went to court on forgery charge as i was pleading judge ordered a ua does he have that right

    Please don't use caps...

    If you were pleading NOT guilty, he doesn't have that right.. If you're pleading GUILTY, he still doesn't have that right... But, he also doesn't have to accept your plea. That means he can MAKE you go to trial where you'll LOSE and get a stiff sentence...

    So, if you want to refuse, you can.
