Snowblower will not move

I have a murry brute 10hp snowblower thrower is running but when I put it in gear to move nothing happens wheels will move when I push it, checked and tightened the cable and still nothing model #is 620301x4NB

I have a craftsman snowblower that runs great. The auger turns. I opend up the bottom and it appears that they run off separate belts. The problem is both of the wheels will not turn. I disengaged the steering mechanisms that hold the wheels in place for turning but it didn't do anything....
