    Choosing a brand of ceiling fan
    Is the Hunter brand of ceiling fan less problem prone than Hampton Bay or Harbor Breeze? It seems that you have a LOT of Hampton Bay complaints. I'm choosing a new fan and would appreciate advice.

    Yes. Hunter is the best fan for your money under $200. You start looking at $200 and up, you can look at American made fans, K55 Emersons, XLP Casablancas, etc. I would NEVER buy a Hampton Bay and would be very cautious with Harbor Breeze.
