    I can not vote on my Yahoo accout. Each time I try I am told to
    System with Yahoo account will not let me vote.

    When I read an article on Yahoo and want to vote on it, it tells me to SIGN IN! I sign in and it still will not permit me to vote! This happens EVERY TIME I TRY TO VOTE ON ANY ISSUE!

    As I don't work for Yahoo I have no idea what is causing this.
    But for starters completely clearing your internet cache might help.
