    Probation
    I have this friend that is 20 an he slept with a 14yr old they were dating an he got arrested for it an is now on probation. He has a girlfriend now an she's pregnant an already has 2 kids will he go to jail?

    If he's already on probation, and doesn't violate, he won't go to jail.

    Cause he's on probation for sleeping with a under age an he's still on probation for it an now he has his girlfriend pregnant. An he's been holding it for 6 months with out telling his PO

    Getting your girlfriend pregnant is not a violation of probation.

    But isent with holding info from your PO? Cause he dident tell his PO right away its been 6months an he's telling his PO tommarow. Plus he's not suppose to be around other kids with out adult supervision

    Sure it is. But, there's SOME information that you don't need to tell your PO. He's not interested in things like when you fart, and when you make your girlfriend pregnant.

    How old is his girlfriend? Assuming she's of age, I agree with ex. If this is the 14 year old or some other minor again, that's a whole 'nother story.
