Thanks, it sounds easy enough.Should I be concerned about any strong adhesion if they used a Binder or sealer on the concrete first.
Will there be any blacktop that has to be manually removed with chipping hammers or scrapers?

Are you going to have new blacktop applied? I assume you are. People don't cover up good sound concrete for no reason. What's under it is likely wasn't in good condition before eit was covered up... and time would not have made it any better, not to mention the Asphault mix.

If you expect a clean concrete surface afterwards... its not going to happen. You are going to have tar or as you said binders possibly.

And if you are going that far you have dumping issues with the old stuff. And at that point you wouldn't reaslize any savings after rental fees etc. I'd let the paving contractor deal with it... they have the uquipment and the dump truck already.

The Bobcats going to rip it off by force... and you are going to get scraping/scaring of the concrete from the steel bucket.

I think it's a good time to ask exactly what you are planning on doing and what results you are looking for. Just so we know specifically and if there is a reasonible expectation for the results you are hoping for.

Most likely you are not going to remove it without damage to the concrete also, and most likely it was bad or blacktop would never have been put down first.

If it is all getting bad, best bet, to rip it all up, remove it and put down new
